Delivery & Shipping Policy

Note: Deliveries can be delayed sometimes due to some unforeseen circumstances during the COVID times. So Incase of any delay in shipments we request our customers to kindly get in touch with us at any time between Mon - Sun 7.30 AM- 9.30 PM IST.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • In order to provide timely good service and for efficient deliveries, We request you to give us a clear and complete shipping address with contact telephone/mobile numbers at the time of order checkout.

  • We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Your order will reach you through the express companies as per their delivery schedule and depending on the delivery address.(To some cities/towns, it can take up to 5 days from the time of pick up to deliver a consignment.).

  • We offer both prepaid & COD Shipping modes and we normally ship your orders within 3-5 working days. However if your order is customized, shipping might take up to 10 days or in some cases we may take longer up to 15 working days to ship the order (as we may have to procure it from our suppliers). If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filing an order, we will notify you by email or by calling you directly.

  • In case you would like to change the shipping address you have specified while placing the order, you can contact us and mention your order Id and we will try to accommodate the change if the goods have not been dispatched from our end.

  • Please check if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, and refuse to take delivery of the package, if you believe that the product is not in good condition, or contact us, mentioning your order Id reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

  • At Libas Loungewear we are committed to delivering your orders in time and in good condition, we use reputed delivery companies like Ship Rocket, Delhivery, DHL, DTDC etc. to ship your orders.

  • Once your Order has been shipped from our side, We will share a tracking Link to your email id provided to us.

  • If  you haven’t received any tracking link, Kindly contact us and we will help you with your tracking.

  • We usually keep personal track of all the shipments. We push hard to avoid delays, If there are some unavoidable situations we expect you to inform us and be patient and let us handle the case for you.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

  • Currently we do not support ‘Order Cancellation’.
  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be CANCELLED or RETURNED(DUE TO COVID-19).

RETURN & EXCHANGE

  • Goods once sold cannot be Returned or Exchanged.
  • Currently We do not support ‘EXCHANGE’ request or ‘RETURN’ request (DUE TO COVID-19)

ORDER PAYMENTS

  • We have made both Pre-paid and Cash-on-Delivery mode of payment options available to our customers.

  • For Cash-on-Delivery option, We charge an additional fee of Rs.49/- to each order at the time of  checkout as per our delivery service requirements.

  • We welcome prepaid payments by our customers. Once paid, our customers can stay rest assured about their payments and get in touch with us if they incase have any order inquiry.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

  • Once your Order has been shipped from our side, We will share a tracking Link to your email id provided to us.

  • You can track the shipping status of your order from our website, by clicking at Track your Order’ in our Footer section.
