Gift Wrapping
We do gift wrapping for placed orders.There is an additional charge of Rs. 50/- for gift wrapping, we will gift wrap it well and include a note as well from your end (for both website orders as well as for orders placed from social media handles). If you order from our website, you can choose the "please do gift Wrap" option at the time of checkout. If you order from other social media channels, kindly inform us at the time of placing an order. In case you have purchased from libasloungewear.com, our sales rep will call you to confirm your gift wrap request and ask you to pay 50 INR to a Gpay number.
Store Pick Up
We provide our customers a provision to order online and collect their orders from us in person from our store (In chennai). Please be informed that we avail this offer only for PRE-PAID orders. This provision was introduced by us as a special request raised previously by few of our customers. Once you have raised this request we will reserve your package and handover it to your pick up person whom you send. Also please ask the pick up person to show the identity proof, so that we make sure we handover the order to the right person.After placing order please contact us and share your order id, Also Kindly inform us 24 hours before picking up the order. We can keep it ready for you in our Chennai store.We will refund the shipping amount (if any) during order pick up.
FREE Shipping
Libas Loungewear provides free domestic shipping to customers, if the order amount exceeds 2500 INR. We avail this offer for both kinds of orders i.e. the one’s placed from libasloungewear.com and the ones placed through our social media handles.
Nighty Alterations
We do nighty alterations upon special requests by the customers. If you wish to do nighty alterations like “Sleeves attachment”,”length alterations” etc . kindly contact us during placing the order. We provide this service for both kinds of orders ie the ones placed from libasloungewear.com & the ones placed from social media handles like instagram,facebook,whats app etc. Please note that there will be extra charges for nighty alterations which will be shared with you by our sales rep at the time of raising an alteration request. Also please keep in my mind that, nighty alterations may sometime take time as it is completely based on the availability of the tailor and pending orders.So we request you to clearly ask our sales rep regarding the timeline and your delivery expected time.
